CANCELLATION POLICY
If any changes to the confirmed booking happen, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. We shall contact you and meet your request according to the cancellation policy applied to the specific rental period and time.
If you wish to cancel your booking, you should inform us immediately in writing.
The cancellation policy applies as follows:
- If the cancellation is made more than 7 days before the first day of rental: Full Refund
- If the cancellation is made between 7 days to 72 hours before the first day of the rental: 50% Refund
- If the cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the first day of the rental: No Refund
