General Terms of Rent
DRIVER AGE: For categories A, B, C minimum age 21 years and for all other categories 25 years.
METHOD OF PAYMENT: For all categories the tenant must present a credit / debit card accepted by Pegasus.S.A. to cover the amounts related to the guarantee and the payment of the rental cost (for unpaid reservations).
DRIVING LICENSE: The driver must hold a license for at least one year. His driving license must be Greek, European (for EU countries) Ή International (for non-EU countries). For more information on eligible driver per country, click here.
GUARANTEE: For rentals in Greece, upon receipt of the car, a guarantee amount will be committed on the driver’s credit / debit card, which will be returned as it is at the end of the rental, unless other charges arise. The release of the amount can take up to 14 days depending on the issuing bank of the card. The amount of the warranty varies by car category. In more detail:
- A, B, C: € 400
- C, D, F, H, K, L, P,: € 750
- E, EM, EE, N, NM, R, T, U, Y: € 1.250
FINES AND INFRINGEMENTS: All fines and administrative penalties resulting from the driver’s fault are fully borne by the lessee.
SECURITY: All authorized by Pegasus.S.A. Car drivers are insured against third parties for death, personal injury and property damage. Covers are subject to the general terms of the Pegasus.S.A. contract. with the Insurance Company.
DISCLAIMER (CDW): The tenant’s liability for damage to the rental vehicle can be limited, provided that the K.O.K. is not violated, to the minimum charge of € 650 for categories A, B, J, V2, € 800 for the categories C, D, F, H, K, L, M, Q, P, R, T, W, € 1,000 for the categories, E, EM, EE, N, NM, I, U, V, Y, YL, 1, 5, 8, V3, V4, V5 € 1,300 for category 9 and € 3,000 for categories 3, 9L & YP, paying the amounts of € 12, € 15 and € 23, respectively per day rental. Damage to the underside of the car and the wheels are not covered

ACCIDENT FILE EXPENSES: The driver is charged € 14 in case of accident, through no fault of his own. This amount is non-refundable. ADDITIONAL DRIVER / S: Daily charge € 3 for each additional driver.
FUEL SERVICE CHARGE: € 16.
CHARGING SERVICE CHARGE: € 10.
CHILD SEATS: Available only after booking and with a charge of € 5.99 per day.
NAVIGATOR – GPS: Available only after booking and with a charge of € 9.99 per day.
