CHANGES IN RESERVATIONS
Pegasus S.A. allows you to make changes to an online booking through the “Modify / Cancel Booking” page.
Any change in a booking will be recalculated based on availability and prices at the time of the change. This may be higher or lower than the original booking price.
Change: If you wish to change the original name or location of receipt, then you must contact PEGASUS S.A. via e-mail.
The system will allow up to 3 booking modifications.
CANCELLATION, NO PRESENTATION / WITHOUT RENTALS
Prepaid booking: A full refund will be made to the credit card used for the prepaid booking, provided the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the date and time of receipt. If you do not cancel within this time limit, Pegasus S.A. will refund the amount of the reservation to the credit / debit card of used for the reservation, reducing the cost of one day service, delayed cancellation.
If you do not show up for your booking without prior cancellation, Pegasus S.A. will refund the amount of the reservation to the credit / debit card used for the reservation, reduced by the amount of non-appearance the amount of one day rental of the vehicle.
If the reservation is made within 48 hours from the date of receipt and then canceled, the prepaid amount will be refunded to your card minus the late cancellation fee the amount of one day of vehicle rental.
If you pay on site, cancellation is free until pick-up. If you do not show up for your prepaid booking without prior cancellation, then Pegasus S.A. reserves the right to charge the credit / debit card used to reserve the amount of one day rental of the vehicle. FIRST RETURN
Please note that we cannot refund if you return the vehicle earlier than the booking date and time of booking.
